One Forest Parkway

MDR is the anchor tenant (along with Allstate Insurance) at One Forest Parkway in Shelton. This 50,000 square foot, two-story space was transformed in four months from a completely barren building shell. One of the many feature components was a new interior staircase detailed and finished with an “old schoolhouse” theme, complete with maple floors, steel railings and masonry textures. Also included was a 1200 square foot training room, new entrance lobby and a central computer and data center. The space plan was developed with employee comfort ranking high on the priority list, resulting in generous amounts of natural light and a large employee lounge. Occupied since April of 1998, MDR employs over 100 people at this site.
