Liberty Square

Clinton, Connecticut

Before

In the heart of the Liberty Green Historic District in Clinton, Connecticut, lies a newly renovated building that harkens back to the turn of the century. What was once a flat-roofed box has recently been transformed into the hottest new lease property on Route 1. The property has been through several economic cycles. When the building became vacant, the timing seemed right for a total renovation project with new tenants who would serve the needs of the community.

On the west side of the lot, a new building is proposed to echo the village era theme. Facing the street is a federal style structure, which extends in the rear into an attached barn typical of New England farm homes. Leased space will total approximately 4,000 square feet.
