This existing 90,000 square foot 1971 building was originally constructed as bank offices and data center. We planned, coordinated and executed a top-to- bottom conversion into multi-tenant office space. The project entailed the following:

  • Demolition of existing fourth floor exterior walls (windowless) and reconstruction of new brick and glass curtain wall system

  • Total reconfiguration and renovation of core lobbies, elevators and common spaces

  • Design of 40,000 square feet interior tenant space

  • Design  expansion of existing parking lots, including regulatory approvals

  • New HVAC including 100% fresh air

  • New electrical systems from the main service panel out
